I finished up my workout with two sets of squat. Prior to this, I did some one legged hops, box jumps, depth jumps, and rhythmic barbell jumps (100 lbs).

  • Thats great!!! How long have you been working on your vert? and what was your max when you first started squating? how long did it take you to get to lift 360lbs? sorry for so many ?'s.

  • I didn't start squatting until about 2 years ago, and at the point my max was probably around 250. So, working out off and on, it probably took me around 9-12 months to get to 360.

  • it works, but only in regular quality. For some reason the high quality link makes it say "this video is no longer available". I have no clue why it did this
