He explains to the LA Times that he told Maria about the event after leaving the governor's office. He has apologized many times for the hurt that he has caused. Although Maria and Arnold have not yet filed for divorce, I'm betting that prenup they signed is no longer effective.

Either way, it looks like Maria will be ok. According to TMZ, a swarm of television syndicators and networks want Maria to do a daily talk show. Oprah is the leader of the pack. In fact, the two met last week to discuss a possible talk show on Oprah's OWN network. Maria is ALSO reportedly on Oprah's final show. O may have some competition with other networks. It looks like NBC is keen on bringing Maria back, especially since the recent media frenzy.
