Firefighters: This is a IAFF video from years ago. I did not alter it but found it this way. I should have already let everyone know that so thanks to jmstevens2 for getting me on it....even though it was not a very professional way to do it!

Hey Douche bag, Why did you cut out the IAFF from the video. We made it, give credit since we own the copywrite. Can't you accept that you are a volly and not a member of the only Union for Professional firefighters in North America?

Wow Jim very professional of you! If you would be so kind, what position do you hold in the IAFF ? Just want to make sure Local 980 does not vote for you if you run for anything with that attitude. I did not alter the video....I found it and dont even remember where.

Loved it. Got alot of goosebumbs from watchign this! I've always heard, you have to be born a firefighter. I've seen this proven as i watched men lock up at the door and others pushing him to the side to do their job. I know i've been born into this and I hope that my experiance will benefit someone one day

im a student firefighter in owensboro ky. i just want to say, i cant wait to serve the community. im proud to uphold my education and training. ill live by the fire code and uphold the standards set before me by the NFSTA. just got to remember its not for everyone. its not a job, its not an occupation, its a calling

@FireFighterEMT034 No, I didn't. That was a separate comment, but that is true. At least an IAFF member could claim partial ownership of the copy wright by being a member of the organization that does own it. Iffy, but at least arguable.

Your statement is ridiculous. Typical Squirrel talk. There is no reason to romanticize the job. It is dangerous, it is needed and if you are distracted by how big a man you are and how much a hero you are you will miss something and become what you hope for. A Martyr. It is a job, an important one, but a job. If you cannot focus on the task at hand, you will be a statistic.
