what is the average amount of time for a flight if an hour is a short one? Also what sort of altitude you launch from?

Ther is no average, from 15 minutes to all day, dependes of the weather and skills, altitude also, somwhere u can start on the beach and soar the wind or start from everest if u make it up there :)

It is in Slovenia on Lijak take off. Landing is in Ajdovscina. It is a well known place for early flying in the year.
