I'm from Michigan but used to fly or take the train to DC regularly for the nightlife. My two favorite places where 9:30 club (for Rock), and Buzz for electronic... also hit Starscape but never got to experience the DC Armory :(

so many crazy nights at those parties... and afterparties... take 50 club strangers at 4 am trailing to any random house within an hour radius of the club... insanity.

I still have a small vial of bubbles from one of thier foam parties in fact i'm wearing the zebra shirt i wore to that foam party

It was The Capital Ballroom before Nation then Scott and others spent 4-6 million on it for it to be shut down because stupid Fox news wanted ratings at our expense. We made do while it was shut down but I dont believe it ever recaptured the "Buzz" feel it had before.
