essentially silverchair is the story of a group of boys growing up, and for them not to change would have been impossible, they were young, young, YOUNG teens when they started full of teenage angst & hormones and now well have a look ^^^ they grew up, and so did their sound. sorry kids this isn't a choose your own ending.

This song is really annoying. I am a big Silverchair Fan. But only up to Neon Ballroom. After NB the LP´s went worse. Isn´t really my fav. kind of music now :( What a pity!

@liccleterror I think people are quite justified in expressing their opinons. Just because peoples criticism doesn't fit into YOUR agenda, it doesn't make it your place to say what people should do. Bitching and whining aside, personally I'm just glad silverchair are still playing, although their new stuff doesn't appeal to my taste. Thats all there is to it, lets not tell people what they should or shouldn't do or think.

@JocularINC To be honest, never heard of this band. Someone just sent me the link. Strikes me as pretty fucking arrogant that you're going around telling bands to not alter their direction or that they should just change their name because it doesn't tie in with your agenda as to what they should or shouldn't do as musicians. Grow up, stop sulking and if you don't like the song, go listen to something else. Pretty simple isn't it?

@TheJesterRace00 p.s. i also wanted to let you know that i have enjoyed our comments back & forth with each another regarding this video & song, and also Silverchair's music in general. because even with our slight differences of opinions, it's *very* refreshing to have those differences, but to still be able to express it with one another in a respectful and mature matter, which imo & experiences here at YT, is *very* rare. so, many cheers & respect to you from one Silverchair fan to another =)
