not bad but most of the techniques were done from "static" position. contact.....pause...move....pa
use....finish...can help if you want to go over the fine points in detail but fluid movements, instinctive movements are better felt and feel like true aikido. then again i do train statically sometimes. well done :) -
Names are important. They describe the technique itself. You can't train if youdon't know what task was given by the sensei.

What the... why the hell do they test you from shomen uchi and tsuki? That's not something a 6th kyu could do. Well, with those pauses, it's possible but... that won't make it really effective.

the sensei thought i was ready.

that.... was my dad breathing/the instructor counting. idk which you mean.
Wasn't your uke-ing tested?...

Nah. Well. Not officially. I remember after I hit 5th kyu, the sensei made me come up and be uke for the teacher's demo before we practiced... I thought I was gonna puke. XD

Your seiza s strange. I was taught that if ur a guy the distance betwen you 2 legs is "2 knuckles", if you're a girl then 1. And when i took my 6th kyu test i had to d it with a person on my level(taking test for 6th kyu or already 6th kyu). And in my dojo we aren't allowed to pause during a technique during tests. You won't pass if you do.

We were taught that seiza was to be about two knuckles for everyone, and the tests were always done with a senpai. And pausing wasn't acceptable for the higher belts, but they cut the 6th and 5th kyu some slack.
