After putting the first tension tying around the notch, instead of letting the string going paralel to the arrow, maintain maximum tension and spiral the string around the arrow 2 or 3 times. It will greatly improve the range, the impact force and the precision.

Great video, can I ask can you make arrows out of oak dowel rods and can you make them as long as one of your limbs 60cm for my take down bow because I want to increase my draw length about 10cm thanks
