Economic Collapse, Undercover Report of Tax Evasion, Washington State and Oregon Broke

Aaron Baker goes undercover to find Washington residents in mass at a Oregon Costco. Vancouver, Washington residents travel the short distance over the Oregon, Washington border to evade state sales tax. Washington has a sales tax on products while Oregon doesn't, but does have a income tax. Aaron is told people who fall under Federal Interstate Commerce Tax laws who reside outside of the state of which they work will pay taxes in their resident state. This forms a perfect opportunity for evading all state taxes in Washington and Oregon for those who qualify.
