So there not really glitchs, more like small bugs in the programming or something overlooked by the game developers.
I never really played Metroid Prime myself that much, but I have seen a Let's Play of it which shows some very interesting sequence breaking if done correctly.

Metroid Prime and Metroid Prime 2 Echoes had the best GameCube garphics.
