thing is though, only on $2/$4 does this type of play get applyed, and this is only because when playing micro, for instance $0.05/$0.10, the beginners have no idea, they see A 3 suited and there all in pre flop with $8 maybe.
How am i supposed to play against those idiots ?

relative to both your stack and the size of the pot, if you are small stack and you bluff large the guy will see he has nothing more to lose by calling you since you are almost all in anyways

50 to 66 is small
potsize to 1.5pot is mid
anything past is "over the top"

@liamthetwitch You shouldn't commit to a fixed system against all players and on all tables. If you were a good poker player, you would be able to adapt your style of play to take advantage of the weaknesses of players who play in an unorthodox way.
For example, if they keep going all-in preflop, just tighten up. Wait until you have a killer hand, and then call. That way you're only paying the blinds to stay in the game, but on each hand you have the chance to double your stack.
