This song is such a gift, like every treasured song it takes the listener to some place; when I first heard it, and every time since, my heart smiles and cries at the same time flooded with memories of my Mom. Thanks John, I've seen you at Falcon Ridge (several times), Birchmere and The Barns. My husband has listened to you since he was in Ithaca and he gave your music to me. You are so very talented!

Why would anybody post this gem with speaking in the beginning? I wish I could find a stream with just the tune itself...anyway....other than that...Thanks

This is maybe the best love song ever written - you're never hard to find in a crowd, the people around you smiling out loud and their feet don't touch the ground.
