    Personal preference.  If you squat low bar, do a wider stance, if you squat high bar, do a narrow stance. I personally do a hybrid medium - wide high bar squat. Whatever is comfortable.

    Same here. I find that when I try and perform this movement in an organic manner I am severely limited in ROM. I think you have to works towards this level of flexibility. Try aiming for the squat depth by using a sturdy object to counteract your weight that wants to take you backwards.

    I have severe flexibility issues and when trying any mobility drills for squats, I find I must round my lower back a bit at the bottom extreme of any ATG movements. Is that acceptable for stretching, or should I only go as deep as possible while maintaining a straight lumbar and anterior pelvic tilt?
