  • correction... glycogen ? its glucose if im not mistaken cuz the process is glycolysis.. glycogen use during starvation or fasting.. glucose -> pyruvate ->lactate.. can i ask, why pyruvate->lactate not alanine using ALT with Glutamate.. Pyr + Glu -> aKG +Ala.

  • 3:50 Recent research shows that is not the case.  Lactic acid is just a fueling system. Its the micro tears caused by muscle use that create the soreness, not the lactic acid which disappears from the body after about 30 mins of rest after exercise. Just saying.
