  • I work my "other parts" as much as I work my chest, hams or other...it changes size due to hormones, diet and blood flow. It is possible to put on inches by using a protocol

  • Quinoa, brown rice, oats, beans, veggies and lean meat will take you to and keep you at 10%, if you want to go lower, you must deplete, with low fat and under 50g Carbs ed

  • How did you do this, m'friend? Our stats are comparable, but I've never "cut" before and want to coming up shortly. I plan on using carb cycling through the week with boxing conditioning/yoga/the usual strength training (decreased volume) and an ECA stack. Any tips? :)

    hey man, those stats are doing the following 1) start out totally deconditioned 2)go on a 5 day carb depletion plan taking in 4-500g of protein powder per day, virtually no food 3)carb load for 1-3 days, repeat...its crrazy its tuff and the walking is the part that burns that fat (10miles per day 5x week or 15-20 miles on a bike at like 12mph woud be similar)

I think he could make a video about the runway pickle adventures all on by his lonesome.. anyway .. keep the pants on in public or you'll have more youtube followars than your other tube needs.. just sayin....great progress no pun. hah..

  • I just don't think I knew enough about how to successfully do it. I took a lot of bad advice and slammed heavy cream/beef/etc. instead of good things like fatty fish, nuts, oils, and the like. Supposedly both work but I never had stellar results eating the former and cannot afford the ladder. Anyhow, I'll use sensible carb cycling through the week with two no carb days, etc. Smart weight training, dieting, and conditioning is what'll get me at <%10 hopefully. Thank ya, sir.

  • @barrymasteller You're kidding me, right? Please say this isn't so. That would be too much for me, m'friend. You DO look EXCELLENT, though. But for real, that's what you had to do? I just need to make sure you're not kiddin' me. Anyhow, I plan to decondition during the "cut" because I'll be using HST training which requires it and I can see why. Deconditioning is great for....shocking....the body back into being stimulated from weight training. I've tried carb depleting with no success before...

  • And I meant your beginning stats seem the same as mine. I want to get cut up again, but I don't want to have to do boxing full time to do it. I once did that and lost a lot of muscle, but I chose to put sport before aesthetics then.
