Minoru Ohira exhibited these monumental sculptures at the Bryan Ohno Gallery in Seattle, WA. The material comes from torn down houses, hand split and assembled.
The sculptures are wonderful! I'm a sculptor of wood and my sculptures are so similar to these and are even on display now in Seattle at the Form/Space Atelier gallery! Clearly Seattle is the place to be for sculptors!
