  • He says even if the charges are false.

    Maybe the charges aren't false.

  • @triplecheck4 200 lies doesn't compare to israel 2 million plus an going lies.

  • @triplecheck4 They got nothing on israel.

  • bunch of jerks, Chomsky and the fink!

  • Read the Top 200 lies by Chomsky and also google Chosmsky Hoax. Chomsky is a useful idiot!

  • @wildlettuce What regulations could settle disputes quicker and more effectively? States give validity to ICC, but then turn on the whole process when someone calls them out. It's not a question of defense BTW. It has to do with agreed upon treaties/resolutions on 5/4 key issues. But let's end the discussion here.. It will be hard for me to keep up in this form. If you could PM with a response it would make it easier for me to respond to at a later time.

  • @wildlettuce Does it mean Israel/USA are justified?

  • @wildlettuce I agree. There are many problems with International Law, however States interestingly enough use the institution regularly. Keep in mind States infringe not just Int Law, but own state laws. America uses the term sovereignty like China, France, Russia and UK to get away with abiding by laws however, ask yourself if the conclusions are just "based on domestic policies/laws and your values".

  • @Alpinex105 as i said, i dont think democracy is the ultimate solution, but it have to do until we find something better.

the problem the international law is that its not clear who should/does abide by it, whether there's anyone actually enforcing it, and what are the 'punishments'.

when china invades another country (tibet) for expansion purposes, occupies it & burns the local culture, intl law doesnt exist. but when israel defends itself all of the sudden intl law is very clear.

  • @wildlettuce than you know. There isn't a single voice, but their can be a majority. This is crucial to democracy.
