Extreme video of massive hail destroying the TornadoVideos.net storm chase vehicle! The hail was up to tennis ball size, and put several cracks in the windshield and craters in the hood. In terms of volume of hail, this was one of the most intense hail storms I have ever witnessed in 10 years of storm chasing! The hail was 6+ inches deep. I remember as a child in Fort Worth (I think it was 1980) we started getting large baseball size hail. One broke my bedroom window while I was sleeping (yes it scared the shit out of me). After it was over the whole neighborhood went outside to survey the damage, and people who left their cars outside were just destroyed.

Omg imagine if you were just standing outside with all that hail pouring down? That would deform you and crush you into little tiny pieces and become a hail yourself. O_O
