I don't think this is a UFO. Being pretty experienced in photography myself, what the photographer said matches up, the "UFO" isn't uniform enough to be a flying saucer, and the theory of a CCD inversion from the bright city lights is very feasible, especially considering the over-exposure of the lights at the bottom of the photo. I do believe in UFOs, but I don't think this is one of them.

I agree. I've taken well over twelve thousand digital photos, over the past five or six years, with many at night or of things like lightning. I've also taken plenty of things like light refracting through drops of water where light tends to reflect off the camera lens giving a suptle effect of a second light.

"The bible". There's more than just one bible. A bible is any book of beliefs deemed important to the reader, so "bible" is also a subjective term.

If you're referring to the christian bible, it's predominantly hearsay and conjecture based on "Chinese whispers" and about as reliable as talking about something a friend's cousin's girlfriend's brother claims to have read on the side of a toilet wall.

I can understand in a way why people believe in "Aliens" but seriously is it that hard to believe that the universe as vast as it may be that we ARE actually the only intelligent lifeform?

Going by the Bible anyway it states that we are the only being in the universe... so thats good enough for me. But i guess the kid in me would like to believe theres something out there... but my imagination died back when i was around 8 years old.

@divinity4infinity Agreed, but the media always have an agenda and it mostly is one of controversy not to actually report the TRUTH, after all the TRUTH doesn't get ratings and as for their so called photo expert, give me a break! he wouldn't know crap about what to look for. Do you see a perspective reflection from the building to lens and this matching, NO. As a reflection is a mirror image even if distorted and this does not match, sorry. As for the astronomer, that's a laugh ,wrong again.

few mates and me have seen lights north of rockingham on or around the 28th july 6-7 years ago. no sound (i've heard blackhawks) in formation almost hovering and then moving at speeds and trajectories impossible for aircraft. i'm not crazy,have no reason to bullshit and am convinced they weren't from this earth

@MottleyDolphin not exactly, the object may have been traveling too fast for the eye to pickup but a single frame may have captured it so it is possible to be a UFO
