It was a compatibility issue with Adobe and (most likely) Windows 7.... fixed now!
...So that's what happened to the Crash Test Dummies.... I've always wondered where they went. I just assumed GM couldn't afford them anymore and recycled them.

@mcferglestein Yeah it's a compatibility issue with Adobe products and either the latest Firefox or (more likely) Windows 7. Everything works fine for a few months then bam, can't view Flash or read PDFs.... This is the second time it's happened--I should have realized but didn't make the association....
Thanks though! That helped me to realize what was happening.
