Stéphane Le Goaster, an engineer for the French forest administration explains how climate change is taken into account in forest managment in France.
He says: iIPCC simulations on the possible changes in the climate are taken very seriously by forest managers,
who always think in decades or centuries. If we plant, say, an oak tree, were planting it for 200 years.'
