Driver 4 - Parallel Lines (Gameplay)

Driver 4 Gameplay on my old PC.
All graphics settings on "Full High", only the "AA" and "Texture Filtering" is disabled, the resolution is 1024x768.
The game is running on
AMD Athlon 64 3200+,
1,5 GB DDR Ram,
ATI Radeon x600 with 256MB vRam.

Average FPS without FRAPS: 25-35
With FRAPS: 15-20

why don't they make more games in the 60's and 70's...i remember one game for the ps3 was set in the 70's and it looked BAD ASS but it was canceled!

@TheArcangelpa4 rememberdriver 2 was for ps1 at the time so it did have good graphics
