a gay couple live next to me and everyone respects them ..they are very quiet and respectable and we (the neighbours) all respect them..good luck I'm hetero but would like maltese society to grow up and accept them as they are

I'm a heterosexual and I don't have a problem with homosexuals but being a Maltese I can confirm there's a lot of homophobia and it's not something I'm proud of. A lot of people in Malta are still mental slaves of the catholic church's homophobic doctrine. Don't worry though, some of us have chosen to change all that :-)
