don't know when this was made but for beginners you can do things like running through the sewers on a team, playing some AE, do some door missions... you know, other things besides running around in the streets fighting.

@waitingforgta4 haha I used to play fusion fall I was a beta tester when the first stuff was released now it kinda sucks because I had to pay to get all my stuff back because my character was too far along I restarted but then i just quit :P
