LATM- The Power of Mentoring (by Comcast)

Every Wednesday, mentors from the Comcast Entertainment Group take the time out of their work day to volunteer with underserved students at John Burroughs Middle School in Hancock Park and Johnnie Cochran Middle School in Central Los Angeles, making an impact on the lives of hundreds of kids.

-About Los Angeles Team Mentoring-
The mission of Los Angeles Team Mentoring is to guide middle school students growing up in challenging urban environments in order to help them recognize and reach their full potential as members of our community. Through a school-based team approach to mentoring, young adolescents are given the tools and support necessary to make positive choices during a critical period in their lives.
