first off, pre cum does not normally contain sperm... but if u masturbated before that, and did not have a good piss (pee kills sperm) then u will prolly still have some "ammo in the barrel"...

no the pre cum can't get you pregnant... it can only if the you had multiple sex in one day without having to go pee, yeah u can. If wanting to keep doing sex but not become pregnant, the guy should pee to wash it all out. Many do the "pull out" method and I learned that is pretty affective (meaning, is difficult to become prego) pull out method doesn't help with STD/HIV so be careful. =D
