  • i'm from piedmont, I'm glad to see this video it's not the real recipe but it's pretty similar.

  • I'm from Milan, (really close to bagna cauda area), it's really nice to see this type of recipe from a foreign chef, it's out of the average italian cooking image there is abroad. And it's from the north, where there is a really nice cooking tradition but that is often unknown (between italians as well) . cheers
