i'm from piedmont, I'm glad to see this video it's not the real recipe but it's pretty similar.

I'm from Milan, (really close to bagna cauda area), it's really nice to see this type of recipe from a foreign chef, it's out of the average italian cooking image there is abroad. And it's from the north, where there is a really nice cooking tradition but that is often unknown (between italians as well) . cheers
