About the meaning of the video, I think it's two people living the feeling the same pain of missing their significant other, crossing path without knowing. I understand a little bit of korean and it sounded like two different conversations, the guy says "tonight?" the woman "lol what am I to do?!!" then the guy's agrees to something but from his tone, it's a different convo. I think they paralelled 2 destinies to show us that break ups affect BOTH men and women in the same way.

@kyusmilemachine How the mv was released you have various meaning.. first they know each other but only in phone so when they 'meet' in real they don't know it.. after the second one can be that even if they are close to each other in various situation it's like if they didn't see each other and still miss him/her.. ^^
