  • Clent and the Doooooood

  • i did the same thing i 3 months and have a ripped body - but I did it with a balanced diet including meat and 5 days a week at teh gym for 45minutes per day. NO saturated fat, sugar or booze. I look better than he does!

  • Did your wife do the raw food diet as well? Did she lose weight? Good going man!

  • I want to know where Mr Clent Manich is to day and how is he doing with his health and weight loss ?

Please up date us on this as his story has beena real inspiration in the lves of many of my friends and family.

  • @Matt, Clent: Hi, Im from Spain and I've started a raw diet. But, then thinking aout it, I was woindering if dry-cured ham and, in extense, any food prepared by drying and salting it (some fish) can be considered raw food. It's a process in which you don't need fire at all. I need to know where's the limit. Thanks.

  • @Matt, Clent: I would like to know if the food that has been conserved in salt like spanish's famous jam (not cooked) can be considered "raw food". If not, why? Thanks

  • that's just your interpretation based on a few people you've seen on camera

people gravitating towards the camera do tend to have issues

  • just curious, not to start a flame war. but. why are 90% of raw vegans cocky? they talk as if they're invincible.

  • Oh my god, that's so amazing, god bless Clent, 100% raw, I'm so jealous, I'm probably about 90% now. What an inspiration. I agree with Clent when he says that dropping the animal products help a lot. no more butter, hormone laden cheeses, no killing, no carvivorous activity, it heals your soul and grounds you so fast. Thanks again for a great vid. Congrats to you two, Matt and Angela, on your beautiful union!
