@scottbgoad I ran into that in a band i was in, we had issues with a band with the same name they took us to court saying they had the name copywritten, turns out, you cannot copywrite a single foundated word unless you are said creater of that word, you can however copywrite the "logo", or how it is displayed, so they could not force us to change our name,as long as our logo was not the same, they never did shit anyways, so.......
