When the unemployment rate is 15% or greater, you could put a Nuclear Bomb Factory or other such thing here and no one would really care that much, so long as they paid.
Come to think of it, the former Savanna Army Depot DID store Nuclear, Biological, Chemical, and other things the Army doesn't want you to know about...AND the 2 nuclear power plants in Byron and Cordova, IL (Quad Cities).
So now you might get a little more insight.

Hiei2k7: That is a terrible argument to say because Blackwater provides jobs we shouldn't ask how. If I wanted to build a plant there and pay 100 individuals to beat up old ladies should that get the go ahead? I'm not suggesting Blackwater beats up old ladies, just saying you can't justify making that argument. The ends do not always justify the means.

Unless you want to put a Factory, Office, etc in Mount Carroll/Stockton/Lena/Pearl City (4 closest towns to Blackwater Facility) Shut up.
I moved away from the area in 2004 after looking at where I would be graduating from in 2006. I could A: live at home with dad or B: move to here where Wal-Mart, Tyson, and JB Hunt are located (arkansas).
