The new features in ZBrush 4 will dramatically impact all phases of the art creation process. These features will help you from the concept stage to the final stage as well as while creating a compelling presentation. They may also be used in conjunction with a 2D image, such as a ZBrush-render or an imported image. Here is an example in which I have created a movie from a single image.

  • Everything I have seen on zbrush seems to be centered around Doom? There are options for animation on zbrush, can you animate with it?

  • beware the lameness

  • @UnrealAnimation3D

  • @bart666a don't be stupid. This model was made for the game.

  • ripping off dead space 2 you bitch

  • read the title u fuckers !!!!......

  • I think it's just a 2D editing program like sony vegas doing all the 'animation'.

you can see the image stretches when the camera comes close.

  • wow

  • There is nothing automated about a good UV layout, even if you paint your textures in something like zbrush you still need to lay out the UVs in Max or Maya etc and generally have to paint out seams in photoshop. Disney's Ptex looks promising though.
