@MILLATERYBOY it does not really matter man. The gun I shot that song dog with in the other video was solid black. That is the gun I shoot most of my predators with and to my knowledge have yet to have one bust me because of the gun so I would just pick the color you like best.

How VERY odd that you found an opossum out in the morning. They almost NEVER forage in the daytime unless it has been below freezing for several

days and the sun brings the temp up above 30. It is clearly not that cold there , no evidence of frost. You said "middle of the day" but the shadows tell a different tale. What am I missing? What where you looking at off to the right? Just wondering.

@eyestoC If it was not the middle of the day it was close. We had been deer hunting that morning so I am sure it was at least late in the morning but I can not really remember and do not see why it matters. Yes, it was very cold but not below freezing at the time. The night before it definately was. I have no idea what you are talking about to the right and do not know what you are missing. I am not trying to hide anything. I am just entertaining people and providing quality hunting services.

Lol man did u use a mag to kill an opossum? Cool video. Is it easier to hunt it with a net in the open field? I never hunt it before. Btw what do u do with it? The image of eating a rat is weird..

@eyestoC I do not know if you are a wildlife biologist but I am, even though I may not look like it. Yes it is very odd to encounter an opossom during the day. We usually only encounter them during raccoon hunts with dogs at night time. You would be surprised at how often we do encounter opossoms in the day time. I would think is has something to do with how many possoms are in the area and how pressured they are.
