This kind of shit makes me wanna puke. What kind of cold-hearted sick fuck would do something like this? If you can't take care of your baby then take it to a hospital or a fire station or something. You don't just leave it to die in a garbage bag.
I hope the scumbag that did this gets the death penalty.
