Its a prank. thats it. fine him, fire him, then let him go free. is it really just to take away 10 - 25 years of someone's life away over a harmless prank? no. guy's , 3.5 years is very easy going .i'm a lawyer in the state of ohio , and intentionally putting pubic hair whilst in a position of trust and professionalism like a chef is... its sexual harassment , intentional contamination , disorderly conduct , public mischief , and possible attempted murder/assault . he could have anywhere from 10-25 years for all of those . besides, who would want someone so revolting and immature handling the food you're eating ? he deserves way more time , lucky chef
