@deidara0430 He was fighting to win, but he was doing it half-heartedly. On one hand he wanted to do his duty as an akatsuki member and get revenge on the world, but on the other he still loved Chiyo. He probably wasn't sure what he was going to do until the end.

i can tell u are a sasori fan to say that. kinda sad how he lost to women. especially since sakura was one of them. i mean kishimoto randomly decided to make her a good fighter in that ONE fight and then all of a sudden she sucks... thats gotta suck to think about..
