@AmericanFitnessGuru Thank you for that answer. Ive also heard not to do too much running (if not on a good pace). I do exactly what u say and Bike around 20 mins after my gym session on my heart reate (135) which is 70% of my max I believe :) Thank you for answering

amount of muscle he's got is perfectly achieveable naturally....not sure if his bodyfat % is natural though....dudes super ripped...must be like 7% or some shit.

@SompZThePro I know I'm not him but I'll give you an educated answer. You don't want to do cardio realistically for over an hour because then your body begins to go Catabolic. Ideally when you do cardio either do HIIT or run/bike at a pace of 60-70% of your overall fastest speed.

@SompZThePro He usually doesn't do cardio often. If he does he does HIIT for like 10-15 minutes
