High School Varsity Volleyball - Negaunee Miners vs Norway Knights

It was the last home match for the seniors on the Negaunee Miner High School Varsity Volleyball Team. Negaunee started out strong taking the first set but lost the next two to the visiting Norway Knights. The next set proved both teams were going to fight until the bitter end. The Miner's ended up with the win. The Miners' and Knights' came out swinging in the fifth set. The Knights' led 6-1 early in the set. Strong serving by Jane Alexander brought the Miner's to a score of 8-7. Both teams fought back and forth with each team exchanging leads six times before the Miners' finally came away with the win and the match.
