Boot Camp is 62 minutes of ultra-challenging athletic drills designed to enhance your cardio capacity as well as your agility and coordination. Strength benefits are also promoted during the bicep and tricep heavy weight training segment. Various intensity-building approaches are used to define the overall arm muscles.
That is actually not true.
1. That's a matter conditioning and a personal preference
2. You're less likely to fatigue, as your muscles are well warmed up and your blood is already providing a lot of the energy needed. Besides that, you'll burn energy more efficient.
3. EPOC is higher doing cardio first
4. Psychologically, cardio is a lot harder if you lift weights beforehand
Better to research before you claim, imo

The only thing about this series is that it's probably better to do the weight workout BEFORE the cardio workout, in that, as it is now:
(1) your likely to be a bit winded by the time you start pumping weights, and
(2) you're more likely to experience muscle fatigue before the completion of the strength training.
Principle: Pump-Then-Blow.
