  • That is actually not true.

    1. That's a matter conditioning and a personal preference

    2. You're less likely to fatigue, as your muscles are well warmed up and your blood is already providing a lot of the energy needed. Besides that, you'll burn energy more efficient.

    3. EPOC is higher doing cardio first

    4. Psychologically, cardio is a lot harder if you lift weights beforehand

    Better to research before you claim, imo

  • The only thing about this series is that it's probably better to do the weight workout BEFORE the cardio workout, in that, as it is now:

    (1) your likely to be a bit winded by the time you start pumping weights, and

    (2) you're more likely to experience muscle fatigue before the completion of the strength training.

    Principle: Pump-Then-Blow.
