The idea of these pirates is just another dupe. They are being allowed or incited to act without constraint by the NWO. It's a political tactic. The pirates actions will inevitabely lead to NWO manipulated terrorism which will cause global anxiety and more juxtaposed issues over availability of resources (e.g. oil, economic stability and the credit crisis). The goal of NWO is to produce chaos so as to deceitfully act helpess which will indirectly reduce the world population dramatically without it letting slip that they are to blame.
