@IamEpicization He's the Face of Boe because, through the supposed billions of years Boe had been alive, the name "Jack" was lost.

@IamEpicization He is immortal, thanks to what Rose did when she possessed the Heart of the Tardis ("Parting of the Ways"). He can even regenerate from being atomized in an explosion ("Torchwood: Children of Earth"). However, he's still aging, albeit very slowly ("Last of the Timelords"), so given enough time, he could morph/evolve into the Face of Boe.

@SolitaryShark The Face of Boe was the character who told The Doctor that "You Are Not Alone" referencing The Master (YANA) in New New York (Gridlock), and is a recurring character in Doctor Who. The Doctor doesn't know what will happen to Jack if he lives "a thousand years", meaning he could be The Face of Boe.

See I have one problem with this video- I believe that the number one Captain Jack Harkness moment should have been the clip where he is naked and says "Ladies your viewership just went up". That is classic Jack, and the smirk, there is nothing to say about that.
