  • @1707ification it wont necessary slow you down, you can do alot of speed training. I mean there are heavywheights that are incredible fast and fighting from the outside just in and out.

    But if you wanna loose wheight i'd suggest you do high intense cardio and only eat healthy fat and proteins also ofc vegetables. Count your carbs dont consume more then you burn. you will loose muscles aswell in the progress thats why its better to bulk up before cutting down

  • @tsoppannos well my objective is not to bulk up, im a boxer so itll make me slower, my coach just wants bulk because he thinks"the bigger i am, the more fear ill create"ive boxed some cats that are waay bigger and i noticed their disadvantage is theyre slower. my diet is mostly chicken and water and pastas, apparently thats what my coach says is a better diet, but i want to drop in weight class and up on the lean muscle....as you can probably tell im pretty lost? haha what do you recommend?

  • @1707ification well fat is good if you are bulking but you need right amount of proteins aswell. if you want to loose wheight you should set up a diet i mean cutt on carbs and calories but still try to consume around 20 gram of protein like every 3 hours.

  • hey bud im subscribed, and set for your videos, can you do some upper chest videos? apparently my weight training isnt working and instead im just building mostly fat muscle, do you know any on how to build lean muscle?
