I'm kinda upset about this model because according to creative, this is the replacement for the zenvision M series which is able to support 30-60gb and has a nice touchpad. Only good thing about this is it's nice and slim.

Ever had a zen? The sound of a Zen is way better then I pod. Probally because of creatives experience with sound cards etc. And zens are way more like "solid and strong" so that makes better quality.

Don't just say Ipods are better, i respect your opinion, but come with some arguments.

poker,either do what fatsom said or if you have no fingernails ( me XD ) use your thumb ( not another finger,thumb ) and push a LITTLE harder then using your fingernail at the tip ( if you have no fingernails,only your skin will touch it )

You kind of have to push it in with your fingernail. Then, it will loosen up.

hey i just recently bought this mp3 player but i dont know how to take out the sd card (memory card) its just in there, theres no way that fingers can reach inside of there and there are no buttons to release it. How do i get it out of the slot?
