Walter Melon - Tickle Scene 2

This one I still remember to this day. I never actually forgot about this cartoon. I forgot the name but the tickle scene and characters were still in my head. I did alot of research on these and came across the cartoon name and episodes.
Anyway this one is a good find too so... enjoy!
