Workers say Obama treated autos worse than Wall St
•Many assembly line autoworkers reacted with skepticism and anger Monday to Obamas decision to withhold cash for GM.
•Brian Fredline, president of UAW Local 602 said, "It's the age-old Wall Street vs. Main Street smackdown again,"
•*GM and the union deserve most of the blame. The union for demanding so much for so longer and making it difficult for GM to compete with foreign companies
•*GM for making giant cars and SUVs when they were warned to start making smaller vehicles.
•*Look, Im saying not that the government should be bailing out GM or the banks, but itll be interesting to see how tough Obama gets with the banks.

  • If we are going to blame anyone lets start with the root cause. The Federal Reserve.

Illegally signed into existence in 1913 under president Woodrow Wilson (also the first president to refer to the U.S. as a democracy when in fact it is a Constitutional Republic)

    Wilson later commented.

  • Our Government should NOT have bailed out anyone, that is not supposed to be there function. How is the shotgun working?

  • @mrhonkee Not 100% it's actually mixed. But you are right part of the blame is on them. Another part is government interviening with businesses with bailouts ruining the profit/loss system. The only thing that would have saved them. Was to make a better product at that time. So naturally they should have failed.

  • well maybe slavery could. Because it was HIGHLY unconstitutional. Fucking bastards overrode the constitution doing nothing until the civil war. Asshole politicians. Still screwing us over till this day.

  • @ConstitutionSupportr yeah wilson was garbage. The Federal was the biggest mistake this country EVER had. The tortures of slavery cannot compare.

  • Guys, the automaker's problems are a easy fix!! Here is the problem! The new 2000

XYZ car is out! Only 5 months later the New 2001XYZ comes out! the problem with that is this: They offer to buy the 2000's for $1.00 down 0% interest...what has happened they now show that same car as a assett or a account recievabile (when really they just gave it away to get off the lot) The other problem for anyone who owns or finiances a car value has been lost or stolen because the car wasn't a year old yet!

  • fuckin' ape!!

  • its plain and simple.....the united auto workers union is 100% to blame for the downfall of the american auto industry, their greed has finally caught up to them and it sucks because now we all have to suffer...........thanks you greedy bastards!!!!!!!

  • The government should bail out these industries to avoid a massive collapse of the American economy. But the bailout should be set in responsible terms to hold these industries accountable to the American tax-payers that are basically keeping these companies alive.

  • u have a big fucking nose XD

  • I don't know why Union workers get/got about $55,000 a year plus benefits for just putting parts together. How about teachers getting $40,000 for doing a harder job. Union workers don't have to worry about students, their parents, grading papers, principals etc...

  • Why GM Failed =

    1. Union Demands

    2. Management agreeing to Union Demands...

    3. GM Management...

All in all = Good Video
