加入WTO後，對農業造成相當大的影響，應落實國民年金法，建立 普及年金制度，提高稻米收購價，採取農產品登記制度，保障九成五 收購，發展生態休閒農業，調整休耕補貼，輔導農業技術升級，創造 自我品牌，建立檢驗制度，杜絕中國走私農品，建設農村，徹底照顧 農民。
