No,its from a cyclone offshore and the color comes from sand particles suspended in the foam,sand that's kicked up from the waves. It's not from sewage runoff. Geesh.
@BudPeters44 Actually i have been to a remote beach and seen the same thing, its just churned up sand, this beach was hours away from the sewage outfall
@hji003 it's really quite discusting..it's sewage run from the mainlands into the oceans..mostly you get them from heavy rains or sewage plant flusch outs..The Bubles are inzime foam that eats bacteria etc..how gross is that and they play in a huge toilet of shit there lol.
Can this happen only in an ocean?
