@unsane I'll take 600lb 1450hp turbines and their 5000hr run times for the win Alex. :D

@unsane That's what I thought. I hear that Mike has the Torque Marine 860ci V12s though. Wonder when he's going to bring them out...

@kdwormy .. Dude, do you even still exist? If you look at this again, you can see at 0:36 to 0:40 secs in the freighter before the bridge was passed in four seconds.. I'll admit that 170 mph on a supercycle is fast, but don't even compare to this pass. Just think, if they had 200 miles of open (smooth) water, and enough fuel, they'd do it in one hour... Totally exhilerating, er accelerating!

Part deux, just when you thot they maxxed rpm's, they kicked it up another notch or three, in total awe!! Tx
Hey unsane what's this about the motors being V12s? Is that right?
@dieseldog00 Motors are V8's Based off a BB Chevy, they are built by Sterling Racing and make 1550hp each.
Man that thing sounds amazing. What kind of rpm do they run at 200mph?
I think those engines are peaking out at 6500rpm. Between that and the boost, a Sterling 1550 is probably only good for about 10-20 hours of life before they need a refresh.
That's insane. Not sure its 200 mph though. I've done 170 on a motorcycle a few times and this couldn't have been much faster than that. It might just be the camera though.
Almost 203. Please see comments for all info.
