This should be disturbing not just to Americans. But to everyone in the world Especially other western nations. If one country collapses such as the United States, everything else collapses.

Einstein said that compounding interest is the most powerful force in the universe. It grows exponentially. Even if we balanced the budget today, it would not stop the fact that the debt at 14 trillion will grow to 25 trillion in 5 years to 100 trillion a few years after that. Bankruptcy for this country is unavoidable. Compound the fact that the largest part of our population is retiring and will be expecting social security. I don't see a way out of it.

@buckybadger9876 It seems to me that we would have done that many generations ago. This country isn't under the control of congress, it is under control of the International Bankers, they are the top tier of authority of this world. If we disconnected this country to that enormous power, imaging the consequence, remember what happened in the 1800's, we went to war with Britain when we tried to remove the bankers during Andrew Jackson's presidency and we did until 1913, that is when we lost.

Oh how I miss Lou Dobbs. He was SO good, and always had a keen, incisive wit. But when the NWO threatens to murder you and your loved ones, I guess it's time to "pursue other interests."
