i personaly think hip hop videos have given this breed its bad name (i listen to hip hop before anyone says anything) before all that braking pitbull on a logging chain in the back of rap videos shit this dog was known as the nannie dog then all the "gangsters" and idiots saw it as the fashion accesory on a chain they wher over bred causing population problems and left unsocialised in back yards it pisses me off :/

Rather than reply to the idiots below, the facts are APBT's are one of the finest breeds going. Those who know the least, talk the most. Known people lovers, APBT's score better than beagles and labs for non-aggression. They are abused/exploited by the criminally minded, who are the problem, not dogs.
